A birthday or student Thursday?
The operator describes a 20% birthday discount for an in-person purchase on your birthday and 30% for pupils and students purchasing on Thursday. Discounted vouchers are personal; discounts cannot be combined. The student offer requires valid student identification at purchase and at the session. Confirm availability before paying.
What happens during the session?
This is an indoor experience, not a flight in a real aircraft. You operate a passenger jet cockpit replica with a visual system. A pilot licence and previous knowledge of procedures are not required.
Arrive 10 minutes early
Bring your voucher and booking confirmation. The published terms require a physical voucher, so prepare a printout. Late arrival may shorten the session.
Meet the cockpit
Your instructor introduces the controls. Agree on the difficulty and your priorities: take-off, an approach to landing or other manoeuvres.
Take the controls
The instructor assists throughout. Discuss airports, weather and optional simulated failures on site. The itinerary depends on your chosen duration.

It suits people curious about a pilot’s work, aviation fans and visitors looking for an indoor activity. Expect a cockpit-based experience with guidance from an instructor. Treat it as a leisure experience, not accredited professional training or a guaranteed route.
Children, companions and accessibility
- The operator gives no fixed minimum age. For a young child, ask about seating comfort and reaching the controls before purchasing.
- Under 13s need a parent or legal guardian present; under 18s need written consent under the operator’s terms.
- Two visitors can enter: one at the controls and one observing, in addition to the instructor. Changing pilots is not allowed with personal vouchers.
- Confirm cockpit access for limited mobility and the available instruction language before purchasing. English instruction is not guaranteed by this guide.
Have a voucher? Use the right route
Buying a voucher and reserving a specific slot are separate steps. Do not turn up with a voucher alone without a confirmed appointment.

Use the operator’s booking system and enter your voucher number. Its FAQ gives three months to make a booking, while the terms describe the session deadline differently. Ask whether the flight itself can happen after expiry before buying or as the deadline approaches.
Groupon, Super Prezenty or another partner
The booking page directs you to contact the operator by email. For Groupon and Super Prezenty, the FAQ requests a scan or photo showing the code, validity and flight duration. Send it only to the operator, not in a public comment.

The operator directs you to the partner from whom you bought the voucher. Follow the instructions on your voucher and obtain a confirmed appointment.

The simulator is on level 0 of the shopping gallery at Powstańców Śląskich 95. Do not head to the observation-deck entrance for your simulator session: these are separate attractions and bookings.

We could not confirm a clear set of salon opening hours. Shopping-centre hours do not guarantee instructor availability. Check the booking system or call.
Allow time for the final part of the journey
By public transport: check your route for the date of the visit, using Sky Tower as the destination. By car: allow time to park and walk to the premises. Check parking charges on arrival; parking is not included in the flight budget.

Can a complete beginner use the simulator?
Yes. Aviation experience is not required; the operator provides an introduction and instructor support.
Is 30, 45 or 60 minutes the total visit time?
These are flight-duration options. Arrive 10 minutes early and allow extra time for travel, parking and formalities. Ask the operator whether the briefing is part of your purchased session time.
Can I take photos?
The operator allows photos and videos. Agree on a suitable moment with the instructor so that recording does not disrupt the session.
Does the cockpit move? Is it VR?
The verified material describes a physical cockpit replica and a visual system. It does not confirm a motion platform or VR headset. If this is important to you, check with the operator.
Can I choose the airport and weather?
The operator describes different airports and simulation conditions. Agree on a particular scenario with the instructor and check that it fits your session length.
Are there health restrictions?
The operator’s terms list restrictions including epilepsy, claustrophobia, dizziness, a pacemaker and pregnancy. Read the full list in section 3, clause 7f and consult a doctor about your circumstances before purchasing. Tell the instructor if you feel unwell.
Is rescheduling free?
The published terms state a 99 zł fee and require a request at least 24 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling does not automatically extend voucher validity.
Is the observation deck included?
These are separate attractions. We have not confirmed a combined ticket; plan separate reservations and budgets.
