Sky Tower Wrocław: from the shopping floors to the city skyline

Sky Tower rises 212 metres above Wrocław, but it is more than a place to look down on the city. Its public shopping levels bring together everyday errands, food and indoor attractions. Offices and apartments occupy the upper complex; the ticketed viewing area is on floor 49. Use this floor guide to choose the visit that suits you.

What is where?

A diagram of the complex’s uses, not an architectural plan or an exact floor allocation for offices, apartments or the future hotel. Private areas are not open to casual visitors.
More than a viewing tower.
Sky Tower brings together homes, workspaces, shopping, leisure and the observation deck. The operator also lists a fitness club, medical services, a dance school, the Apex One racing simulator and Salvador Dalí’s “Profile of Time” sculpture in the public area. Check current access and hours before visiting. The Prize by Radisson hotel is announced for late 2026; it is not yet an operating hotel.
You can simply drop in.
There is no admission charge for the shopping gallery. Have lunch, grab a coffee or run a quick errand without booking the viewing deck.
EUROSPAR is the supermarket; Rossmann covers toiletries and cosmetics; Flying Tiger Copenhagen is handy for small gifts and homeware. The gallery also has other shops and services.
McDonald’s, Costa Coffee, Starbucks and restaurants offer anything from a short break to a longer meal. Individual opening times may differ from the gallery’s.

Why come to Sky Tower?
These are planning estimates, excluding travel time and queues.
I want the view.
Allow roughly 60–90 minutes for tickets, the lift and time at the top. For a distant panorama, choose a clear day; low clouds can hide the city.
I want an indoor discovery.
Spend around 1½–2 hours at Kolejkowo or 1–2 hours at Robaczkowo. Both are on level +1, with separate admission.
I want to do something together.
Try bowling on floor 2 or a flight simulator session on level 0. Confirm prices and reservations with the venue.
I need shops and a break.
The supermarket, chemist, shops, cafés and restaurants make this a useful stop even without a sightseeing plan.

The practical answers.
What exactly is Sky Tower?
A mixed-use complex: a public shopping gallery, food, services and leisure, plus offices and apartments. The tower is 212 m high; the viewing area is on floor 49, around 200 m above ground.
Can I go in for free?
Entry to the shopping gallery is free. The viewing deck currently costs 53 zł for a standard ticket or 40 zł for a reduced ticket; children under three enter free. Other attractions have their own prices.
Where do I start?
Go to ul. Powstańców Śląskich 95. The viewing deck ticket desk, Kolejkowo and Robaczkowo are on level +1; bowling is on floor 2 and the simulator on level 0.
When is the best time for the view?
For visibility, choose a clear day. Before heading up for sunset, check the last lift and allow for a queue. Hours and outdoor terrace access can change.
