Picking up? Wait for the passenger to be ready
An arrival time is not a pickup time: your passenger still needs to get off the train, leave the platform and reach the agreed exit. Choose the station side together — Piłsudskiego or Sucha. Only enter a marked Kiss & Ride space once they tell you “I’m at the exit”. If you want to meet them inside, use a normal paid space.
Dropping off or seeing someone onto the train?
A quick drop-off with luggage ready is one thing. Walking to the platform together, waiting for the train and returning to the car takes longer and needs a normal paid space. The free Kiss & Ride window is not designed for seeing someone onto a train.

How do we estimate time and cost?
Time: 4–8 minutes to park, 8–15 minutes to reach the platform depending on the car park, your allowance for luggage or lifts, plus your chosen buffer. These are planning assumptions, not measured walking times or live queue data. Traffic before the entrance is not included. Allow more time on your first visit.
Total stay when travelling by train: time between your outward departure and return + time before departure + the walk back to the car + 5 minutes to pay and leave. For pickups and drop-offs, we use the duration you enter directly.
Budget: the lower estimate charges in proportion to time, subject to the minimum fee; the upper estimate rounds up to whole hours. Both apply the daily tariff in 24-hour blocks. This range models uncertainty about how part-hours are billed. The operator may define a day differently. We deduct the Club discount once and do not assume further discounts on later days. Street parking, reservations and season tickets are excluded.

Three details that can change your choice
The free 15 minutes do not apply everywhere
PKP parking rules allow a short free stop in marked Kiss & Ride spaces, where provided. After 15 minutes, you must move to a normal space and pay. Check the signs on arrival. The planner does not deduct these minutes from a normal parking stay.
Luggage needs extra time
The lowest daily rate is not always the best fit. With suitcases, children or a need for lifts, try prioritising time to the platform. The mobility allowance is extra time in the model; check the actual lift route and availability locally.
Your parking stay includes the walk back
Do not set your parking ticket to expire when the return train arrives. You still need to get back to the car. If paying in advance, allow for delays and check whether you can extend your parking remotely. CCTV and a roof do not mean a staffed, guarded car park.

Once parked, add the level, section and bay number. Save an image of your plan or copy it to share with your travel companion.

Before you drive in
Which car park suits a two-day or week-long trip?
Compare daily rates, then add your time before departure and the walk back after returning. Of these four car parks, PKP Joannitów has the lowest published daily rate for passenger cars. For a stay approaching 10 days, check the PKP rules: one ticket covers a maximum of 240 hours. Payment or a season ticket does not guarantee a space.
Where should I wait if the train I’m meeting is late?
Use a normal paid space if you need to wait near the station. Agree on which side to meet and contact your passenger once they leave the train. Save Kiss & Ride for a quick pickup when they are ready to get into the car.
Can I use Wroclavia parking for a coach journey?
The bus station is within the Wroclavia complex, south of Wrocław Główny. The car park entrance is not a coach departure bay. Check the level and bay number for your coach; this planner estimates time to the railway platforms.
What about a tall vehicle, roof box or step-free access?
Wroclavia has a 2.20 m height limit. Measure your vehicle including any roof box. For the underground car park beneath the square, check the limit at the entrance; we do not give an unverified figure. If you need to avoid stairs, check a route using working lifts and allow extra time. “Covered parking” does not confirm suitability for a particular vehicle or accessibility need.
